MEET OUR PARTNERS

Emmitt Cobb Harbeson E. Cobb Harbeson is responsible for the audit and accounting practice of the firm. The industries and activities in which he has significant exposure include financial institutions, manufacturers of various types and sizes, nonprofit organizations, care professions. After graduating from Florida State University (B.S. 1966), Mr. Harbeson joined Price Waterhouse serving in the Tampa (1967-1972) and Jacksonville (1972-1976) offices. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Florida and he is a member of the AICPA and FICPA. Also, he serves as a Trustee of St. Mark's Episcopal Day School and as a Trustee of St. Mark's Episcopal Church Foundation.

John C. Fletcher, Jr. is responsible for the tax practice of the firm. He has a wide variety of experiences in all aspects of taxation. He has experience with nonprofit organizations, construction, real estate and related operations, retailing, manufacturing and the medical and legal professions. After graduating from Florida State University (B.A. 1973, M. Acc. 1974), he joined Price Waterhouse serving in the Jacksonville office (1974-1976). He is a Certified Public Accountant in Florida and a member of the AICPA and FICPA.

Raymond Z. Bateh has responsibility for a variety of audit and tax engagements. He has experience with nonprofit organizations, manufacturing, construction, real estate development, resorts, and automobile dealerships. He serves on the University of North Florida Accounting Advisory Council. He is a graduate of Wofford College (B.A. 1977) and, prior to joining the firm in 1980 was employed by Deloitte, Haskins & Sells in the Jacksonville office from (1977-1979). He is a Certified Public Accountant in Florida and a member of the AICPA and FICPA.

M. Ronnie Hargraves M. Ronald Hargraves, Jr. has responsibility for a variety of audit and tax engagements. He has had experience with nonprofit organizations, manufacturing, construction, real estate development, resorts, insurance entities, and printing companies. He is a graduate of Jacksonville University (B.S. 1985) and has an additional 5th year from the University of North Florida. He joined the firm in 1986. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Florida and a member of the AICPA and FICPA.
